Interviewer: The program needs to be done five days a week. Do you have to do the program for a set amount of time each day?
Heidi: Yes, it's a set time. Your child will always do either the 30 minute or 50 minute protocol. It's all worked out for you so you don't have to actually watch the time. Once you complete an exercise the program will stop on its own. At that point you can have a little break, if you need to go to the bathroom or have a drink, and then come back to the exercises at a later time.
You can split up the exercises. That works well for children with attention problems who have difficulty focusing for longer than ten minutes at a time.
